Sessions open three weeks ahead. Take the first one you can.

If you are not sure which session you need, book the individual one — she will tell you in the first ten minutes if something else fits better.

What happens after you book

You will answer four short questions when you choose your time. They take about four minutes and they mean Christie walks into the session already knowing why you came, instead of spending the first fifteen minutes finding out.

You will get a confirmation email with the address if you are coming in person, or the video link if you are online, plus a link to reschedule.

Before your first session

  • Come as you are — there is nothing to prepare and nothing to bring
  • For marriage sessions, both partners attend the full eighty minutes
  • For child assessments, parents attend; whether the child attends depends on age and will be agreed in advance
  • Online sessions need a private room and a stable connection more than they need good equipment

Confidentiality

Nothing said in session is shared with your family, spouse, church, school or employer without your written consent. The only exceptions are the ones the law requires — a serious risk to life, or the safety of a child. Full confidentiality statement.

If you are in danger right now, do not wait for an appointment.

This practice is not an emergency service and messages are not monitored overnight. If you are thinking of ending your life, or you are not safe where you are, call one of these instead. They answer around the clock and they are free.
