How to pay
Payment is taken when you book. Nigerian clients pay in naira through Paystack — card, bank transfer or USSD. International clients pay in dollars by card. You will get a receipt automatically.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before your session, through the link in your confirmation email. Inside 24 hours the fee is held. If something serious has happened, write to her — she will move you once as a courtesy.
If you cannot afford this
Christie keeps a small number of reduced-fee places each month. Write to her and say so plainly. There is no form, no means test, and it will not affect how you are treated in the room.
Nobody should have to perform hardship to be helped.
Why the fees are what they are
A counselling practice that cannot sustain itself stops being available to anyone. These rates are set so that Christie can keep a full clinical week, keep reduced-fee places open, and still be here next year. They are reviewed periodically.
The first step takes four minutes.
Choose a time and answer four short questions, so Christie walks in already knowing why you came.
