What this service is

Counselling and educational psychology consultation. It is not a medical service, not a prescribing service, and not an emergency service. Christie will refer you to a psychiatrist, doctor or other specialist where that is what is needed.

Booking and payment

Sessions are paid for when booked. Nigerian clients pay in naira; international clients pay in dollars. Fees are as published on the fees page and may change, but never for a session already paid for.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. Inside 24 hours the fee is held. Missed sessions are charged. If Christie has to cancel, you will be offered the next available slot or a full refund, your choice.

Lateness

Sessions end at the scheduled time even if they start late, because the next person is waiting.

Online sessions

You are responsible for your own connection and for finding a private space. If a session is lost to a technical failure on her side, it is rescheduled at no cost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
